DECA is an association of marketing students. It is the professional organization for all students enrolled in marketing education classes worldwide. Membership now stands at over 200,000 members in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Guam. As a member of DECA, students have the opportunity to participate in regional, state and national conferences, career seminars, marketing workshops, high school, state and national officer selections and competitive events. They prepare themselves for the world of business by developing leadership, communication and marketing skills useful in today's competitive economic environment.
